Return Policy of Lil Swatara Soap

We follow Google’s Standard Return Policy. However, due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we apply the following exceptions:

• Soap & Skincare Products: We do not accept returns on soap or skincare items due to hygiene and product integrity concerns. • Soap Stamps: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged stamps. We cannot accept returns if the stamp does not suit the maker’s technique or setup.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sallyann@lilswatara.com within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for eligible items under Google’s policy.
