Goat milk naturally contains vitamins A, D, B6, and B12, along with selenium and gentle milk sugars that contribute to a creamy, beautiful lather. Its natural milk fats create a velvety, cushiony wash that feels soft and comforting on the skin.

Fresh milk also contains lactic acid, a naturally occurring alpha‑hydroxy compound that helps create a smooth, luxurious feel in handcrafted soap. These components work together to produce a bar that feels indulgent, rinses clean, and leaves the skin feeling comfortable and balanced.

We use fresh goat milk from our Nigerian Dwarf herd — never powdered — because it performs better, feels richer, and creates a more stable, creamy lather.

Activated charcoal is valued in soapmaking for its deep‑cleansing feel and its ability to help lift away buildup from the skin’s surface. It also gives this bar its signature rich color and contributes to a clean, refreshing wash experience — without altering the gentle nature of our goat milk formula.

We choose each ingredient for its performance, consistency, and the luxurious feel it brings to the final bar. Our formulations are rooted in traditional soapmaking, focusing on quality and experience rather than trends or marketing buzzwords.

Formulating a bar like this isn’t simple. It requires understanding SAP values, how different fatty acids behave, and how oils, butters, and milk interact at a structural level. This isn’t a “recipe from the internet” — it’s intentional formulation work that creates a stable, creamy, long‑lasting bar every single time.

While we cannot make medical or therapeutic claims, many customers enjoy researching the traditional uses of the essential oils we choose. Our blend is selected for its fresh, clean, herbal aroma and how beautifully it complements this charcoal bar.

Cold-processed using traditional methods. Each bar is hand-cut at 7oz and cures for at least 4–5 weeks, finishing around ~6oz for a lasting soap bar. As it ages, it will continue to lose weight, becoming even more durable and luxurious.

Handmade Variation: Because each bar is hand-cut, hand-stamped, and made in small batches, natural variations in color, swirl, size, and stamping impressions are expected.

Every batch has its own personality! Because we love experimenting with colors and designs, no two batches look exactly the same — while the formula and performance always remain consistent.

Fresh goat milk from our own beautiful herd of Nigerian dwarf goats (we never use powdered milk), olive oil, coconut oil, castor seed oil, sunflower oil, sustainable palm oil, hand-rendered tallow, vitamin E, aloe, HONEY, bentonite clay, glycerin, witch hazel, CHARCOAL, Sea Salts, Essential oils of tea tree, lavender, peppermint and rosemary.

When using essential oils, we comply with up-to-date IFRA safety guidelines and usage rates to ensure skin-safe formulations.

Free of low-quality oils like soybean or canola for a premium soap experience.

Wet bar, lather, apply, and rinse thoroughly. Use our soap saver pads or pouches to extend bar life, found in the skincare collection.

Note: Activated charcoal may leave temporary gray marks on light-colored washcloths, but these wash out completely in your regular laundry.

A fine, white powdery coating may appear. This is called soda ash. It's a natural result of cold-process soap curing. It's harmless and washes off, preserving the soap's quality.
